Teaching and different classes (snowboard) in the French ski-school of La Norma *

Adults
	What I already know	What can i learn ?
Beginner’s class	I’ve never snowboarded, or, I can balance while sliding.	Sliding front and back-side. Dead leave, notions about turns on green slopes. Using the ski-lifts and chairlifts.
1° Surf	I can control my balance, my speed, and my direction on easy slopes (greens).	How to stop making a rounded side-slipping. I can control the “Dead leave” better. Elementary evolution: how to control my front and back-side turns on a green piste, and more or less, my changes of direction on blue ones. “Flat” notions (Glided 180°, Fakie).
2° Surf	I can control my front and back-side turns on a green piste, and less on a blue one. I have a few notions about “Flat”.	Basic evolution: how to control my turns with the vertical movement, and to use my equipment at best. Learning free-ride and going deeper in the “flat”.
3° Surf	I can control my front and back-side turns on blue and red pistes. “Flat” and free-ride.	Rafined evolution : carved press holds, changing the size of the curves and the rhythm. Going deeper in the free-style (Flat, jumps, slide), and the free-ride (and also aliving people to the off-piste security).
